Position: Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Sales)

About Us:
Mile High Enterprises LLC is growing and we’re looking for a driven Virtual Assistant to help with marketing, lead generation, and sales support for our cleaning and service-based business.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule social media content
- Respond to leads and inquiries from ads and social platforms
- Follow up with potential clients and book consultations
- Manage lead tracking and CRM updates
- Assist with email marketing and promotions
- Help create flyers, Canva designs, and sales materials
- Track lead conversions and campaign performance
Requirements:
- Experience with social media and online marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable following up with leads and booking appointments
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta, or similar platforms
- Sales-minded with strong follow-up skills
- Cold Calling and email campaigns
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in local service marketing or B2B sales
- Knowledge of Facebook ads or email marketing
