Virtual Assistant - Insurance Quoting & Data Entry full time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Run insurance quotes through carrier systems and EzLynx platform
• Perform accurate data entry of leads and prospects into CRM system
• Handle back-end administrative tasks for insurance agents
• Ensure all quote information is accurate and complete
• Problem-solve technical issues that arise during the quoting process
• Maintain detailed records and follow established procedures
• Support agents with policy processing and documentation

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (training provided)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Previous experience with insurance quoting or EzLynx is a plus but not required
• Must be willing to learn insurance quoting processes with focus on precision

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position

Compensation:

$5.00 per hour to start (hourly contract basis), with opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses for high performers

Work Arrangement:

100% Remote position

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (with 1-hour lunch break)

Preferred Location:

No location preference, but must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours
