We’re seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant based in Manila or Cebu to support our CEO and team with HR, finance, and back-office operations. This role offers long-term growth

opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.

·      Manage accounting and bookkeeping in XERO, including annual audit preparation

·      Handle HR tasks: recruiting, employee records, and compliance

·      Provide operational back-office support (applications, expenses, registrations)

·      Prepare business statistics, reports, and executive overviews

·      Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

·      Ensure smooth delivery of internal processes with efficiency and quality

·      Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant for. an overseas company

·      Background in fast-paced startup or dynamicenvironments

·      Professional use of XEROand HR systems

·      Strong organizational skills; able to establish routines, checklists, and SOPs

·      Self-driven, systematic, and goal-oriented

·      Excellent communication skills in English

·      Office365 & Teams

·      XERO (advanced)

·      Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot)
