We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual assistant with strong finance and bookkeeping experience to support our growing operations.
This role covers three company accounts, so you must be fully available full-time and active throughout the entire workday.
Key responsibilities:
Process invoices on request in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure all transactions are correctly reconciled in Xero and Google Sheets
Maintain accurate, structured financial records across multiple accounts
Support bookkeeping tasks including categorization, reconciliation, and reporting
Work across payment platforms such as Stripe, Airwallex, Slash, and Whop (not all required, but you must be comfortable learning new tools)
Use basic AI/Claude dashboarding to help track and present financial data
What we're looking for:
Proven experience with Xero and Google Sheets
Bookkeeping experience required
Familiarity with at least one payment platform (Stripe, Airwallex, Slash, or Whop) is a plus, must be comfortable learning the rest
Comfortable using AI tools for basic dashboarding and reporting
Highly accurate, organized, and structured working style
Strong communication skills and reliability
Able to commit to full-time hours with consistent availability across the day
