Position: Virtual Assistant (Customer Service & Operations)

Type: Part-time to Full-time (Remote)

About Us:

Mile High Enterprises LLC provides professional cleaning, notary, and property support services to commercial and residential clients. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations and client communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage calendars and booking systems
  • Handle client onboarding and service follow-ups
  • Update CRM, spreadsheets, and Google Drive
  • Support staff scheduling and coverage
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Setmore, Calendly, or similar)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and messaging platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in supporting cleaning, property management, or service-based businesses
  • CRM or administrative support experience
