Pearl Lemon is looking for a highly motivated and driven person to help drive forward our ambitious growth plans throughout 2026 and beyond. You will be an important part of a tight-knit team who have a hands-on approach and are passionate about taking the business to the next level.
There will be a focus on developing the Pearl Lemon and our client’s brand through research, data mining, content creation, design, and other steep learning-based tasks.
We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their speed of communication, attention-to-detail, and meticulous planning skills, but can adapt to change in a very fast-moving environment.
A strong understanding of digital marketing is essential, as are exceptional people and communication skills to help develop team members who you will manage directly.
- Defining and documenting business processes.
- Creating charts and graphics of data for reporting purposes.
- Working with project management tools.
- Assisting the lead generation team and other members as needed.
- Assisting with a variety of tasks, from building lists for data mining, link building, internal website analysis and more.
- Learning and using premium tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Find That Lead and others.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Being punctual and quick to respond and communicate on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of data mining techniques.
- Proven experience of social media management.
- Ability to organize and multitask successfully.
- Basic knowledge of business procedures and strategies.
- Demonstrable experience with data analysis and research.
- Great planning abilities.
- Incredibly fast learner.
