Virtual Assistant hourly

Ultimutt Dogcare LLC is a growing pet care company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations remotely.

In this role, you will help manage client communications, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks that keep our business running smoothly. You will work directly with the owner and be a key part of keeping clients happy and operations organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to client inquiries via email and text in a timely and professional manner
• Managing and confirming appointments using scheduling software
• Maintaining client records and updating CRM or spreadsheet databases
• Handling social media posting and basic content scheduling
• Coordinating with the owner on daily priorities and task follow-ups
• Assisting with invoicing and basic bookkeeping data entry

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred

This is a long-term, part-time remote position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Hours are flexible with some availability required during US Eastern business hours.
