Long-term, permanent full-time position (approx. 38–40 hours per week).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to local B2B prospects.
Handle objections and pitch our services confidently using a script.
Book qualified walkthrough appointments directly into our calendar.
Keep accurate logs and notes of your calls in our system.
Skills and Experience Needed:
1–2 years of B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience.
Fluent, professional English with a confident phone manner.
Strong objection-handling skills and resilience.
Comfortable using VOIP systems (like Dialpad) and handling lead data.
Pay & Compensation:
Hourly Contract: $5 per hour.
Commission: Additional performance-based commission paid for every successfully booked site walkthrough.
