We’re looking for a creative, performance-driven Video Content Creator to produce high-converting short-form video ads for platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines storytelling, content creation, editing, and direct-response marketing to create engaging ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and brand growth.
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience creating social media ad creatives
Strong understanding of:
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
YouTube Ads
Skilled in short-form storytelling and attention-grabbing hooks
Proficiency with video editing software:
Adobe Premiere Pro
CapCut
Final Cut Pro
or similar tools
Experience shooting content with smartphones and/or professional cameras
Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content
Knowledge of paid social creative testing frameworks
Motion graphics and animation experience
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, After Effects)
Familiarity with eCommerce or lead generation brands
