Role Overview
Quarks Technosoft is looking for an experienced and dynamic VP Sales to drive strategic business
growth across the USA West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
enterprise IT services sales with expertise in both Hunting (new business acquisition) and Farming
(account growth & relationship management).
This role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, CXO engagement, strategic account
management, large deal closures, and revenue growth within the IT Services/Technology consulting
industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts in the USA West Coast market.
• Manage and expand existing strategic accounts through farming and relationship-building
initiatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal
management, negotiation, and closure.
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to create winning solutions for
clients.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning strategies.
• Lead strategic selling initiatives for digital transformation, cloud, Salesforce, AI/ML, and
enterprise technology services.
• Mentor and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

• Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore models.
