We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Coordination Assistant to join our team from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and handle product orders promptly
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and delivery updates

• Assist in evaluating vendor performance and reliability
• Work with other departments to support smooth operational processes
Required & Preferred Qualifications
• High School Diploma required
• Strong communication skills for vendor coordination
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Experience working with vendors or suppliers is an advantage
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or basic management software preferred
