The Opportunity: We are a fast-growing AI Technology Company looking for a fearless Sales Development Representative (SDR). We need a "Hunter" who loves the hustle of cold outreach.

The Role (Opener): Your only goal is to book qualified meetings. You open the door; our closers will do the rest.

What you will do:ֿ

  • Hunter Mindset: You’re comfortable doing smart prospecting when needed - finding properties, locating their websites/contact details, and doing quick checks to personalize outreach.
  • High Volume Outreach: Cold calling and emailing leads (Hospitality/Real Estate).
  • Qualify Prospects: Ensure the lead is relevant before booking the meeting.
  • Book Demos: Schedule calls for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Fearless Attitude: You are not afraid of hearing "No". You keep dialing.
  • Strong English: Clear accent and high energy on the phone.
  • Discipline: You can work remotely and hit daily activity targets.

The Offer:

  • Base Salary ($4 - $7 /hour) + Bonus per Qualified Meeting + an additional compensation if the deal is closed.
  • Opportunity to be promoted to a Closing role after proven results.
