Webway Travels Tours & Entertainment is hiring directly for this position. This role is part of our internal team and is not a recruiting or staffing placement. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Agent / Trip Coordinator to assist with customer service, trip planning, tour setup, and marketing of travel packages.
The Travel Agent will assist with customer inquiries, create travel itineraries, organize group trips, coordinate tours, and help promote travel packages. This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple travel bookings at the same time.
- Answer customer inquiries about travel packages
- Respond to emails, messages, and calls
- Provide travel information and pricing
