Service Summary
We are seeking a skilled Total Synergy Developer to design, develop, customize, and support solutions within the Total Synergy platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP/PSA systems, API integrations, workflow automation, and database management to optimize business operations across finance, project management, and resource planning functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the Total Synergy platform.
• Configure workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and custom reports.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (CRM, accounting, HR, BI tools).
• Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs for system connectivity.
• Create SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data migration, cleansing, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP or PSA platforms.
• Strong experience with:
• SQL & database management
• RESTful APIs & Web Services
• Integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, middleware solutions)
• Scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS architecture.
• Understanding of finance, project accounting, and resource management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience specifically with Total Synergy ERP/PSA platform.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Certification in relevant ERP or cloud technologies.
