We're Hiring: Part-Time Telemarketer (US Timezone)
Rate: $6 – $7 USD per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | US Timezone | Remote
We are looking for a confident and persistent Telemarketer who is comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients. This role requires someone who is resilient, persuasive, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
You will be contacting a list of 1,640 clients from a recently closed business with the goal of transitioning them to MAIN COMPANY clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to newly acquired client lists
• Follow up with emails using provided templates
• Book complimentary exam appointments in EzyVet
• Transfer calls to Heart of Chelsea employees when necessary
• Once an appointment is booked, access Shepherd system to pull PDF client overviews
• Set clients up in the SOC system for appointment reminders
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system

✔ Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
✔ Someone persistent and resilient who can push through rejection
✔ Organized and able to follow scripts and processes
✔ Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
