Technical Collaboration Partner - Software Development, Remote, Part Time fixed price

I am seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Developer to join a long-term, private two-person business collaboration focused on building and operating lean software products. This is not a traditional employment role and not an agency arrangement. It is a business partnership opportunity where income is shared based on each partner’s responsibilities, execution, and overall contribution.

The ideal candidate is a native-level English and Spanish speaker with at least 3 years of hands-on experience building modern web applications. You should be comfortable working across the full stack, making practical technical decisions, and contributing to the creation of small-scope, revenue-focused products designed for stable and sustainable income.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and third-party APIs, with working knowledge of basic cloud platforms and deployment workflows. This role requires strong communication, independent problem-solving, product-minded thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a small, high-trust partnership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications from concept to deployment
• Develop frontend interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js
• Work with external APIs, databases, and cloud-based deployment environments
• Make practical architecture and product decisions for lean, profitable execution
• Collaborate closely on product strategy, technical direction, and business priorities
• Contribute to fast, efficient delivery of small-scale software products

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Solid experience with React and Node.js
• Experience integrating and working with APIs
• Familiarity with basic cloud platforms, deployment, and hosting workflows
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a small, partnership-driven environment
