Hi everyone — I'm with Conifers, an AI-native security company building CognitiveSOC™, our AI SOC platform. We're expanding our team and I'm personally looking for a Technical Advisor to join us as the communication bridge between our engineering team in Tel Aviv and our clients across the US.
A bit about us:
We're transforming security operations centers with agentic AI, helping enterprises and MSSPs investigate complex, multi-tier incidents with speed, accuracy, and trust. We're backed by SYN Ventures, PICUS Capital, and others, and led by seasoned cybersecurity leaders.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the primary communication link between our developers in Tel Aviv and our US-based clients
- Translating technical concepts, updates, and requirements clearly between engineering and client teams
- Facilitating meetings, syncs, and discussions across US time zones
- Making sure client needs, feedback, and questions reach the engineering team accurately
- Supporting project coordination and keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams
What we're looking for:
- Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken — this is a must
- A strong technical foundation with hands-on knowledge of modern programming languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working across time zones with distributed, multicultural teams
- A strong ownership mindset and bias for action
- Self-driven and reliable in a remote work environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Experience in a client-facing or technical support role
- Experience working with US-based clients or teams
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
