Shae Group is hiring a senior, hands-on Tech Lead to architect and ship LLM-driven, agentic AI systems used in real-world health and wellbeing applications.

If you’ve designed, broken, hardened, and scaled AI systems that actually shipped, this role is for you.

What You'll Touch:

• Lead applied AI systems (LLMs, tools, agents, multi-agent workflows)
• Be the technical north star — architecture, standards, delivery
• Design platform-level systems, not just apps
• Build human-centred health & clinical AI with real-world impact
• Fully remote, globally distributed teams

If your AI experience is limited to basic prompting or a single chatbot, this role won’t be a fit — and that’s intentional.

What You'll Do:

• LLM-driven conversational & agentic systems
• Prompt design, testing & production hardening
• Cloud architecture, data flows, security & observability
• Technical leadership across internal + agency teams

Full-time contractor (monthly retainer)

USD $1,500–$2,500/month + performance incentives
