We are seeking a results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a performance-based commission model. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier talent for key positions within our organization.
This is a 100% remote, flexible role where your earning potential is directly tied to your success. You will receive $500 for every qualified candidate presented who successfully meets our hiring criteria and transitions through our qualification milestone.
- Targeted Sourcing: Actively search, identify, and engage high-caliber candidates through professional networks, job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
- Screening & Vetting: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest level.
- Candidate Presentation: Submit detailed candidate profiles and summaries to our hiring team, highlighting key qualifications and fit for the role.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Communication & Scheduling: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the initial sourcing and screening phases, providing a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and specialized talent platforms.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to manage your own time effectively in a fully remote setup to drive consistent results.
Sharp Evaluation Skills: Strong ability to quickly assess candidate resumes and qualifications against precise job requirements.
- Payout: $500 fixed commission per qualified candidate successfully vetted and moved past our initial qualification/hire stage.
