We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to support our recruitment outreach efforts. This role involves posting job opportunities across various online platforms and identifying relevant communities where we can attract qualified candidates.
- Post job listings across platforms including Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards
- Research and identify at least 20–30 relevant Facebook groups and online communities for job postings
- Ensure all posts follow platform guidelines and group rules
- Maintain a structured spreadsheet with direct links to each post as proof of completion
- Track working hours accurately using Hubstaff
- Communicate progress and updates with our team regularly
- Proven experience with social media platforms (especially Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed or similar platforms
- Strong research skills to identify relevant groups and communities
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
