Role Details

Location: Fully Remote

Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Tracking: Hubstaff (for transparency and workflow management)

Probation: 2-month probation period

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Lead to help drive the commercial growth of our software solutions and identify high-value business opportunities.

  • Identify and engage potential buyers, partners, and strategic customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for complex B2B software solutions.
  • Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CTOs, e-commerce leaders, and other decision-makers.
  • Lead discovery conversations and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams during product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and business cases.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle toward agreements, licensing deals, or contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates.
  • Proven experience selling B2B software, SaaS, enterprise software, e-commerce technology, or digital business solutions.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and strategic buyers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex software products and communicate their business value.
  • Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Experience with enterprise software sales or high-value B2B transactions.
  • Background in software, technology, e-commerce, or digital transformation industries.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams.
