Job Description: We are seeking experienced Software Developers across various technical specializations to join a dynamic, fully remote environment. In this role, you will execute software development projects, collaborate directly with a US-based engineering team, attend key project meetings, and deliver high-quality technical output. We prioritize practical skill, problem-solving capability, and clear communication above formal credentials.
Responsibilities:
- Execute software development tasks and projects as required by partner organizations.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional, US-based engineering teams across multiple time zones.
- Attend scheduled technical meetings, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
- Deliver clean, reliable, and well-maintained code to meet defined project milestones.
- Adapt quickly to different tech stacks and project requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of professional, hands-on software development experience.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level or Native fluency required for daily spoken and written collaboration).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in at least one major development area:
- Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, ASP.NET, Express.js, Python
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
- Data & AI: SQL, Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Version Control: Proficient with Git across all roles.
- Portfolio: A strong GitHub profile, portfolio, or project samples demonstrating past work.
- Work Style: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous setting with a reliable home workspace.
