- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Create before/after transformations (very important)
- Add clean captions, transitions, and music
- Ensure content looks real, premium, and not overly “salesy”
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Post and schedule content (Instagram & Facebook)
- Write captions tailored to women (30–65)
- Maintain a consistent, luxury brand aesthetic
- Respond to comments/messages (optional)
- Stay on top of beauty and hair trends
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns
- Promote offers, consultations, and appointments
- Test different creatives (especially before/after videos)
- Optimize campaigns for cost per lead and bookings
- Track and report results
- Proven experience with:
- Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
- Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)
- Experience working with:
- Beauty, hair, or women-focused brands (strongly preferred)
- Ability to create natural, realistic, high-quality content
- Strong understanding of:
- What appeals to women (especially 30+)
- Trust-building and emotional marketing
- Good English communication
