Social Media Video Editor full time

Content Mindset is a small but growing video editing agency. We parter with social media teams to handle 100% of their video editing needs. You will be working alongside a team of editors, and will be receiving edits that push you to grow your editing capabilities.

We are looking for a video editor that can take on last minute edits when we receive them. You might be assigned an edit that is due later the same day. You might be assigned a complex edit on Friday and it’s expected to be finished by Monday. For this reason, we encourage editors that have flexible, freelancer schedules to apply.

You will be paid on a per edit basis, with the average payout per edit being $25 USD. We also give our editors a $10 weekly bonus, just for being a part of the team. Payment is always sent Friday evening PST / Saturday morning Philippines time. We also host our team meetings Friday evening PST / Saturday morning Philippines time.

Here are the requirements for this role:

• Adobe Premiere Pro 2026
• Flexible schedule, can take on last minute edits
• Very communicative, likes to be a part of a team
• Fluent / Almost Fluent English speaker
• Premiere captioning isn’t the best with grammar, you’d be expected to correct this on your own
• Comfortable with large file sizes (50+ GB in some cases)
• Open to working with us long term
