We are an early-stage startup building our brand from the ground up, and we are looking for a marketing specialist who truly understands how to build and execute an effective marketing strategy.

We need someone who can:
- Build a clear marketing strategy that fits our early-stage goals
- Help us gain traction and brand awareness from zero
- Has experience working with startups or small businesses
- Understands how to run paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn)
- Know how to maximise a $135 advertising grant to get real value
- Support with content direction, audience targeting, and brand messaging
- 4 hours per month to begin with (intentional — we don’t want to underpay or overwork anyone)
- Project-based to start, with the potential to become a permanent role if business grows
- Hours and rate will increase if the business gains traction and grows
- Tasks will always stay within the agreed hours
