Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and using AI tools to enhance creative production. This role requires someone who can work efficiently, capture key client requirements during discussions, and produce high-quality short-form content.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, and other social media clips
- Edit podcast videos and repurpose them into short-form content
- Utilize AI tools to assist in creative production and content generation
- Accurately capture and document important details during client discussions and task briefings
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Maintain strong attention to detail in content creation and task execution
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and strategies in social media marketing
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Proven experience in video editing for Reels, short-form videos, and podcast content
- Experience using AI tools for creative production (e.g., AI design, editing, or content tools)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to capture and understand key requirements during client discussions
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new workflows and tools quickly
- Good communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- Starting rate: $6 per hour
- Performance review after 2 months, with the possibility of increasing the rate to $8 per hour based on performance.
