About Us:

We're a US-based real estate acquisitions company with an AI-powered product. We're growing our online presence and need a creative, organized Social Media Manager to own our content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar across all 4 platforms
  • Create and schedule engaging posts (graphics, captions, reels, shorts)
  • Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow our audience
  • Track performance metrics and provide simple weekly reports
  • Stay current on trends relevant to real estate and AI

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Strong content calendar creation and scheduling skills
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
  • Copywriting skills — you can write captions that actually convert
  • Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or AI content is a big plus
  • Self-managed, consistent, and deadline-driven
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)

Nice to Have:

  • Short-form video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Basic SEO knowledge for YouTube
  • Experience with LinkedIn personal branding content

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
