About Us:
We're a US-based real estate acquisitions company with an AI-powered product. We're growing our online presence and need a creative, organized Social Media Manager to own our content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar across all 4 platforms
- Create and schedule engaging posts (graphics, captions, reels, shorts)
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow our audience
- Track performance metrics and provide simple weekly reports
- Stay current on trends relevant to real estate and AI
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong content calendar creation and scheduling skills
- Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
- Copywriting skills — you can write captions that actually convert
- Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or AI content is a big plus
- Self-managed, consistent, and deadline-driven
- Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar)
Nice to Have:
- Short-form video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Basic SEO knowledge for YouTube
- Experience with LinkedIn personal branding content
Compensation:
