As an early-stage company, we are building our brand, systems, and market presence from the ground up. We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Social Media Manager & Growth Lead who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of the company.
This is not a typical social media management role. We are looking for someone who can help build the company's digital presence, generate leads, support business development efforts, and drive growth across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute GWS's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Build brand awareness and grow online communities
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Track and report on social media performance metrics
- Build and optimize LinkedIn presence for GWS and key team members
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
- Support partnership and business development activities
- Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions
- Manage advertising budgets effectively
- Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Generate leads through paid acquisition strategies
- Help build the GWS brand from the ground up
- Support client acquisition efforts
- Identify growth opportunities and new market segments
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and business expansion
- Assist in developing scalable marketing and lead generation systems
- Proven experience managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience running Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly proactive
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Experience working with agencies or startups
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Experience with Canva, AI tools, and content creation platforms
- Experience generating leads for B2B service businesses
- Understanding of international markets
