Your Role

• Collaborate with Editors: Coordinate the timely delivery of raw materials to editors and follow up to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the social media team to foster collaboration and efficiency.
• Recruit and Grow Talent: Attract, onboard, and manage new team members, building a dynamic and innovative social media team.
• Content Planning: Strategically plan and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to maintain consistency and drive engagement.
• Attention to Detail: Oversee the quality of posts and materials, ensuring that every detail aligns with our mission and standards.

• Experience in social media management or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Monday, Asana) and social media platforms is a plus.
