We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Perform keyword research, analysis, and optimization to identify target keywords for content and landing pages.
• Conduct website audits to ensure the site is optimized for search engines and user experience (technical SEO).
• Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied to content creation, including optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of SEO efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps in SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with web developers to ensure that any technical SEO issues are resolved.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority and ranking.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Report on SEO performance, traffic metrics, and ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborating with designers to create visually appealing banners, videos, or other creative assets for display ads.
• Performing keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner to identify high-performing, relevant keywords.
• Regularly updating and optimizing keyword lists by adding negative keywords, long-tail keywords, and optimizing bids.
• Monitoring campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost per click), and conversions.
• Creating and delivering detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement
• Adjusting bids to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and ensure efficient use of the campaign budget.

• Ensuring landing pages load quickly, are mobile-friendly, and have strong calls-to-action (CTAs) for improved conversions.
• Defining target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and search intent.
• Setting up retargeting campaigns to reach users who previously interacted with the website but didn’t convert.
• Developing short-term and long-term Google Ads strategies based on business goals, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Ensuring that campaigns are aligned with the overall digital marketing plan.
• Monitoring and improving Google Ads Quality Score by enhancing ad relevance, optimizing landing pages, and increasing CTR.
• Ensuring that high-quality keywords and well-structured ad groups are in place to reduce CPC and improve ad rank.
• Keeping up-to-date with Google Ads platform updates, new features, and best practices.
• Adapting campaigns to changes in Google’s algorithms, policies, and ad formats.
• Creating and implementing PPC strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
