We are hiring a senior professional to take charge of our sales strategy, private banking relationships, partner cultivation and business development activities in the Philippines. This role requires a strategic thinker, a relationship builder and a confident communicator who can independently lead market expansion and represent the J. Rotbart & Co. brand at the highest professional standard. The ideal candidate brings experience interacting with wealthy private clients, strong connections within private banking or luxury markets and a proven track record in relationship-driven sales.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, luxury relationship-driven sales or similar industries.
  • Proven success managing HNWIs and senior banking relationships.
  • Strong familiarity with high-level client servicing standards
  • Proven track record in strategic business development, market expansion or leading commercial initiatives.
  • Strong network within the Philippine financial services, private banking or luxury ecosystem
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members, with the ability to guide staff and contribute to building high-performing teams.
  • Background in roles requiring significant autonomy, strategic planning and responsibility, for revenue or partnership outcomes.
