We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of building and shipping production-grade software across analytics, AI-powered tooling, and automation systems.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. You’ll work closely with technical leadership, taking features from idea to production while owning quality, reliability, and iteration.
- Design and ship client-facing analytics dashboards
- Build AI-powered tools and automated workflows
- Extend internal systems into scalable, public-facing products
- Own features end-to-end: architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring
- Make pragmatic decisions around data modeling, APIs, and system design
- Continuously improve performance, reliability, and code quality
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python
- Proven ability to ship robust, production-ready code with minimal supervision
- Comfortable designing APIs and data models
- Experience with AI/ML, LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, or production deployments
- Prior experience in fast-moving startup or agency environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Ability to work 4–5 hours per day overlapping US time zones
