attnCapital allows performance advertisers to whitelist premium publishers’ Facebook and Instagram pages to enhance marketing returns. Publishers include but are not limited to: Bustle, Vox, New York Post, and The Independent. Advertisers submit creative for publisher approval before publishers grant whitelisting access. 

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to support our campaign coordination and creative approval process.

This role is primarily project management and execution-focused. You will be responsible for sending links, updating trackers, following up with publishers, and notifying advertisers when creatives are approved or rejected.

This is role requires at least 5 years of digital marketing work experience. Clear communication, organization skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up are the most important skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Send creative preview links from advertisers to publishers for approval
  • Follow up with publishers to confirm approval or feedback
  • Update a campaign tracker with:
  • Creative sent
  • Approval status
  • Feedback received
  • Campaign launch status
  • Notify advertisers when:
  • Creatives are approved
  • Revisions are required
  • Campaigns are cleared to launch

Access & Setup Support:

  • Help coordinate access requests between advertisers and publishers
  • Track access status and follow up if approvals are delayed
  • Confirm when access is granted and update the tracker

Communication & Follow Up:

  • Communicate clearly via email and Slack with:
  • Publishers
  • Advertisers
  • Internal team members
  • Follow up regularly to ensure no requests are missed or delayed
  • Escalate issues if approvals or access are blocked

Tools You Will Use:

  • Simple project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar – optional)

Success Metrics:

  • Creative approvals are sent and tracked correctly
  • Campaign trackers are always up to date
  • Advertisers are notified promptly of approval status
  • Minimal mistakes or missed follow-ups
  • Tasks are completed on time without constant reminders

Required Experience

  1. 5+ years working at a media or creative agency, in which you were directly involved in advertiser creative approvals
  2. Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Previous VA or admin experience
  • Experience working with email and spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with basic online tools

Important Note: This is a senior creative project management role focused on execution and coordination. Training and clear instructions will be provided.
