Wynn AI Arena is a pre-launch, AI-native entertainment project exploring autonomous-agent competition, behavioral modeling, interactive experiences, and digital ownership. We are building an initial platform with security, privacy, explainability, fairness, and responsible technology development at its foundation.
The role
We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help design and build the platform’s AI-agent architecture, training pipelines, backend services, and competition infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Design task-specific autonomous agents and their training, evaluation, and inference systems
• Develop behavioral-modeling and agent-performance pipelines
• Build scalable APIs, databases, event-processing services, and data pipelines
• Develop simulations, matchmaking, rankings, and AI-versus-AI competition systems
• Establish model versioning, testing, monitoring, observability, and rollback controls
• Collaborate remotely with product, research, design, security, and engineering contributors
• Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews
• Identify technical, privacy, security, and fairness risks early
Required qualifications
• Five or more years of professional software-engineering experience
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Practical experience building AI agents, reinforcement-learning systems, behavioral models, or production ML applications
• Experience with backend APIs, SQL databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Docker and modern testing, deployment, and monitoring practices
• Strong written and spoken English for remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently, communicate progress clearly, and deliver against milestones
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with MLOps, model registries, feature stores, or real-time inference
• Familiarity with blockchain, smart contracts, wallets, or digital-asset infrastructure
• Experience with game simulations, competition platforms, fintech, or regulated products
• Knowledge of AI safety, privacy engineering, security, or model explainability
Engagement
• Remote contractor position
• Compensation: USD $100–$130 per hour, depending on experience and scope
• Expected availability: approximately 20–40 hours per week
• Working schedule can be flexible, with availability for agreed team meetings across time zones
How to apply
Please include your résumé or LinkedIn profile, GitHub or technical portfolio, two relevant project examples, current time zone, weekly availability, and expected hourly rate. Shortlisted candidates will complete an introductory call and a role-specific technical discussion.
