Job Description: SAP ERP Human Resource (HR): Payroll
Job Type: Remote and any US locations (Eastern time zone work hours)
An SAP ERP HR Payroll job involves configuring, managing, and running payroll using SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, focusing on accurate employee compensation, tax compliance, and integration with other HR functions (Time, Benefits).
Key duties include customizing wage types, processing payroll runs (like schema/PCRs), ensuring legal adherence, troubleshooting issues, training users, and collaborating with Finance/HR for system improvements and projects (upgrades, new features).
Core Responsibilities:
SAP Configuration & Maintenance:
Set up Payroll Areas, Wage Types, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Schemas, and Control Records.
**Payroll Processing: **
Execute regular payroll runs, perform pre-checks, process off-cycle payments, and manage the Payroll Control Center (PCC).
**Data Management: **
Accurately input, maintain, and control employee data within SAP, ensuring data integrity.
Compliance & Reporting:
Stay current on payroll regulations (tax, labor laws) and generate compliance reports.
