Job Description: SAP Customer Relationship Management(CRM)

Job Type: Remote and any US locations (Eastern time zone work hours)

An SAP CRM Service job involves configuring, customizing, and supporting the SAP CRM system for customer service functions, focusing on streamlining service processes, managing customer interactions, improving service efficiency, and integrating with other SAP modules like SAP ECC for end-to-end service management. Roles range from functional consultants defining requirements to architects designing solutions, requiring skills in business process analysis, system configuration (e.g., service orders, contracts, field service), data analysis, and strong communication to bridge business needs and technical solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

**System Configuration & Customization: **

Setting up SAP CRM Service modules (like Service Orders, Contracts, Installations, Product Master) to match business needs, including workflows, data fields, and user roles.

**Business Process Analysis: **

Analyzing current customer service processes and recommending improvements using SAP best practices, often involving workshops with business users.

Functional Specifications: 

Writing detailed documents for developers on new functionalities, enhancements, interfaces.
