The Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team in a dedicated support and governance capacity. The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, responsive technical support to our Australia-wide Sales team and internal Operations staff, ensuring our digital contract tools and core processes operate without friction. Beyond support, you will act as the guardian of our system integrity, focusing on the cleanup and optimization of security settings, permission models, and system governance to improve overall platform health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS ⚡

• Provide high-quality Salesforce support to national Sales and Operations teams

• Troubleshoot issues relating to digital contracts, user access, and system functionality

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and user lifecycle support

• Create and maintain user guides and support documentation

• Audit and optimize Salesforce security, including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and FLS

• Clean up and improve legacy layouts, redundant fields, and outdated automations

• Configure Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, and Flows to improve efficiency and user experience

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Operations visibility

• Monitor system health, data integrity, and platform security

What We’re Looking For 💡

• Proven Salesforce Administrator experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance best practices

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and org cleanup/refactoring

• Experience supporting sales tools, digital contracts, or e-signature platforms

• Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation practices

• Ability to balance urgent support tasks with long-term improvement projects

Highly Regarded ➕

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform App Builder)

• Experience with Salesforce Event Monitoring, Security Center, or Shield

• Previous experience supporting an Australian-based business remotely

This role is remote and will be performed Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5PM AEST

Also note the role will be paid $10 AUD p/h (Based on experience and at the discretion of the hiring manager) due to being and Australian based buinsess.
