Job Purpose & Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to own the full sales process—from prospecting and qualification to pitching and closing deals. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with experience selling into U.S. clinical practices and healthcare organizations.

You will focus on outbound sales, generating qualified leads, managing pipeline activity, and closing deals independently while building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers.

This position offers a base hourly rate of $5–$12 USD/hour, plus 10% commission on closed deals, providing both stability and strong performance-based upside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, messaging, and targeted campaigns)

  • Conduct high-volume sales prospecting and schedule appointments or demos

  • Manage the full sales cycle independently: outreach, discovery, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and closing

  • Develop targeted prospect lists and execute lead-generation strategies tailored to the U.S. healthcare market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand needs and position solutions effectively

  • Accurately track all sales activities, communications, and pipeline stages in HubSpot

  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach volume, lead generation, pipeline progression, and closed revenue

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach effectiveness, and increase conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and high-volume lead generation

  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end sales independently

  • Experience selling to healthcare providers in the U.S. market

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily and handling rejection professionally

  • Confident, engaging communicator with strong phone and video presence

  • Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision-makers

  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong relationship-building and customer-centric mindset

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM for prospecting and pipeline management

  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-through skills
