We are seeking a Sales Representative(Technical Orientation)–Cybersecurity/Social Media Account Recovery with a technical mindset to assist customers experiencing issues with their Facebook and Instagram accounts. You will engage with inbound leads who have requested help with account-related concerns such as hacked accounts, disabled profiles, advertising restrictions, and other platform access issues.

This role combines sales, customer communication, and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, skilled at identifying their needs, and able to clearly explain technical solutions in a simple and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer issues related to Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  • Explain available services and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
  • Qualify leads and convert inquiries into paying customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers while providing excellent service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Meet individual sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, or a related client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling phone conversations and overcoming objections.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand digital platform issues.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology services, SaaS, digital marketing, or social media-related industries.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Meta advertising platforms, or social media account management.
  • Experience handling inbound sales leads.
  • Knowledge of common account security, hacking, or platform access issues.
