We are hiring a Sales Manager/ Trainor to lead and develop a Filipino outbound sales team focused on cold calling and new business acquisition for an IT solutions company. The role involves managing cold callers, driving lead generation, and building structured outbound sales processes to support growth across software, hardware, cybersecurity, and networking services. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a strong “hunter” sales mindset.

Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Filipino cold callers and sales representatives
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and cadence campaigns
  • Train team members on cold calling techniques, objection handling, and conversion strategies
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and new business acquisition
  • Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets and KPIs are met
  • Build structured sales processes and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging for IT products and services
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and outbound efficiency

Tools

  • CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management
  • Cold calling / VoIP platforms
  • Email outreach and sales cadence tools
  • Basic sales reporting tools (dashboards, spreadsheets, CRM analytics)
  • Familiarity with IT vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, Adobe, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus)

Expertise Required

  • Strong background in outbound sales and cold calling
  • Proven experience in sales team leadership or management
  • Experience generating leads and closing deals through outbound efforts
  • Ability to train and develop sales representatives
  • Multi-channel sales experience (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Ability to build structured and scalable sales processes

Non-Negotiables

Proven experience in appointment setting or lead generation

Strong LinkedIn outreach skills (Sales Navigator experience preferred)

Excellent written English communication
