We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support our B2B sales efforts in the US market. The specialist will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.
- Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients to ensure long-term cooperation
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads
- Guide potential customers through the full sales cycle
- Maintain and expand the existing client database
- Conduct product presentations and provide tailored consultations based on client needs
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or other client-facing roles
- Technical mindset with the ability to understand and clearly explain software or hardware solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ability to quickly learn and successfully pass company-provided product certifications
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work aligned with US business hours and effectively communicate across time zones
Will be a strong plus:
- Background in IT sales, or customer/client support within tech companies
- Experience working with US-based clients or in international environments
- Experience working with CRM systems
