Mindset For Better Living is a personal development company that operates in collaboration with a global, mission-driven professional development and leadership education organization focused on personal growth and mindset transformation. We are looking for a Sales Executive to recruit new team members and clients.

The Role

The Sales Executive works independently while collaborating closely with the organization leadership director to achieve recruitment and program enrollment growth objectives and will work from a virtual portable office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a strategic marketing plan for personal development and leadership education programs
  • Recruit and manage a qualified prospective candidates and clients
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and authenticity
  • Align recruitment marketing efforts with the values of personal growth and ethical influence

  • Strong consultative sales skills (not transactional)
  • High integrity and alignment with personal development principles
