Experienced closers only. Beginners, script-readers, and “order takers” need not apply.

What You'll Actually Do (No Fluff)

You’ll spend 6–8 hours a day on the phone with warm leads—primarily women ages 35–50 who want to build careers as yoga instructors.

They’ve already raised their hand.

They know about the program.

Your job is to close them on the first call.

Week 1: Shadow top closers, review real calls, and take your first solo call quickly. You will fumble. That’s expected.

Month 1: You own your pipeline. No hand-holding. You’ll confidently ask for the sale and learn which objections matter—and which are just smoke.

What Makes This Role Tough

• Close rate under 25% won’t cut it—top closers hit 30–35%.
• First-call closes only. No long nurturing cycles.
• High call volume = higher commissions.
• Emotional selling: you’ll handle fear, money objections, and major life decisions.

In Your First 90 Days, You Will:

• Complete 200+ calls with qualified leads
• Maintain at least a 25% close rate
• Master 6 core objections and rebuttals
• Build resilience, adapt quickly, and confidently ask for the sale
