Role Overview

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to manage and convert inbound demand into high-quality, long-term clients.

This role connects marketing, sales, and delivery. You will structure inbound lead flows, qualify and prioritise prospects, manage pipelines, and build scalable revenue processes.

You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team to turn demand into a predictable, high-quality revenue engine.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads from ads, content, and brand activity
  • Build structured lead intake and qualification systems
  • Score and prioritise leads based on fit and value
  • Manage CRM pipelines and workflows
  • Improve sales cycle speed and pipeline quality
  • Track conversions, deal velocity, and revenue performance
  • Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams
  • Optimise revenue systems and processes
  • Optional: bring your own qualified leads into the pipeline

Requirements

  • Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or Operations
  • Strong understanding of funnels and inbound conversion systems
  • Process-oriented and system-driven mindset
  • Strong English communication skills
  • High ownership and reliability
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving agency environments
  • Tech-comfortable (CRMs, automation tools, reporting tools)
