I am looking for a bilingual (SPAN & ENG), creative, reliable, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager + Content Creator to elevate my presence on Instagram and Facebook, strengthen my brand identity, and help me produce engaging bilingual content (English/Spanish) aligned with the mission of teaching financial literacy and building generational wealth through living benefits life insurance.
- Create and manage daily content for Instagram and Facebook (reels, stories, carousels, posts).
- Develop monthly content calendars and content themes.
- Write captions that match my brand voice (English + Spanish).
- Create graphics using Canva or similar tools (on-brand colors + style).
- Edit short-form videos and reels following trending formats.
- Increase community engagement and follower growth organically.
- Respond to comments and DMs (basic community support).
- Analyze metrics and recommend strategy improvements.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram/Facebook algorithms and trends.
- Bonus: Experience in financial services
