We are hiring a part-time remote Architect (Independent Contractor / 1099) primarily from the Philippines.
We are a family of companies led by Dr. Cezar Roberts, including ChicagoSwap.org, CS Red Digital (csreddigital.ai), and Catch the Call AI. We specialize in AI promotions, paid media, high-ticket advisory, real estate acquisition/flipping, and fractional CFO services.
We do not over-promise or create unrealistic designs. You will produce practical, high-quality architectural work that can be implemented successfully. Long-term trust and clean delivery matter more than speed.
• Up to 10 hours per week (flexible, part-time).
• Preferred overlap with U.S. Central Time (Chicago) for communication and reviews when needed.
• Work is project-based and can be scheduled around your availability as long as deadlines are met.
• Create architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and basic 3D visualizations for real-estate and related projects.
• Review existing plans, suggest practical improvements, and prepare clean deliverables ready for implementation or contractor use.
• Collaborate remotely with the team on project requirements and revisions.
• Maintain organized files and clear communication on progress.
• $5 USD per hour (up to 10 hours per week).
• Performance bonuses: Hundreds of dollars possible when a project is successfully implemented and meets quality/deadline standards.
• Pay cycle: Weekly via direct deposit or preferred method (details discussed upon hiring).
• Monitoring: Hubstaff time tracking required.
• Based in the Philippines (or able to work Philippine-friendly hours with good English).
• Proven experience as an Architect or Architectural Draftsperson (residential / light commercial preferred).
• Strong portfolio of floor plans, elevations, and basic visualization work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools (please specify which).
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to sign NDA and Confidentiality agreement before starting.
• Excellent written English communication.
