Responsibilities:

  • Prepare professional introductory emails with company summary, testimonials, and qualifying questions.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
  • Create and distribute client surveys, gather feedback, and present insights to management.
  • Develop and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Transform raw videos and photos provided by the team into engaging content for social media.
  • Produce eye-catching graphics, reels, and short-form videos with viral potential.
  • Draft and send personalized, value-driven email campaigns.
  • Update the company’s website and LinkedIn profile with fresh and relevant content.
  • Build Zoho CRM templates and automation workflows to enhance client onboarding and communication.
  • Track email campaign and social media performance, recommending improvements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or client communications.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM, email campaigns, and automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, video editing, and use of AI-based creative tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous content creation, design, or social media work.
