We’re now hiring an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant with proven experience supporting CEOs, Managing Directors, or Business Owners in fast-paced environments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to help keep the business organized, efficient, and moving forward. You’ll be supporting executives with day-to-day operations, calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and priority tracking, acting as a trusted right hand to ensure deadlines are met and decisions are executed smoothly.

Schedule:

  • UK Business Hours, between 8 AM and 5 PM (between 4 PM and 1 AM PH Time)
  • Full-Time or Part-Time (Long-Term Placement)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for a UK client
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups professionally
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital files
  • Coordinate deadlines, reminders, and online meetings
  • Conduct online research and provide ad hoc administrative support
  • Assist with personal or client-specific tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of remote experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to the CEO / Managing Director / Business Owner.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (UK standard)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Stable internet connection and suitable remote setup
  • Full-time commitment — not working with multiple clients
