SUMMARY
We are a family-owned self-storage business with locations across three states, and we’re growing! We’re looking for an energetic, reliable professional with excellent English communication skills to join our team as a Remote Call Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a long-term, team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide unit availability and pricing information
• Assist customers with payments, rentals, and issue resolution
• Direct calls to management when appropriate
• Support light administrative and operational tasks when not actively on calls
POSITION DETAILS
• Schedule (Starting Hours):
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Hours may adjust over time based on business needs and performance.
• Additional Scheduling Notes:
• New hires will always work the 1st of each month from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST, if not already scheduled
• New hires will be the first considered for additional hours when coverage is needed (e.g., time off, call-
outs, or increased call volume)
• Pay: $6.00 per hour (with paid holidays and bonuses)
• Paid Training: Completed within two weeks prior to transitioning into regular hours
• Initial Period: 30-day conditional period following training, with a performance review at completion
